L’Institut Droit et Santé (IDS) et le Centre Maurice Hauriou (CMH) ont le plaisir de vous inviter à débattre en présentiel et en visioconférence le jeudi 20 mars 2025 de 12h30 à 13h30 dans le cadre des Entretiens Droit et Santé avec Javier Oliva, doyen de la Faculté de droit de l’Université de Manchester, sur le thème « Human remains, dignity and the law ».
Professor Oliva has been a law professor for several years at the University of Manchester, where he became Head of the School of Law in 2023. Javier is also a Lecturer in Spanish Law at the University of Oxford and a Teaching Fellow at University College London (U.C.L.). He has been a Visiting Professor in several countries and is also the Membership Secretary of the UK Constitutional Law Association and the Book Review Editor of ‘Law and Justice’. His main fields of expertise are Constitutional Law and Law and Religion.
